    Deborah Crocker is probably my favorite all time instructor. I still have these videos in VHS from the 80s and I still use the Super Stomach. I think it is one of the best ab videos ever. One other I use all the time is the Dynamite Legs which is also excellent. Deborah teaches perfect form and you don't hurt your back and neck like so many fitness videos do these days.

      I agree 100% with you although my VHS no longer works and I am unable to locate another, tried downloading and it won't work any ideas?

    I'm using this video again. I've had it since it came out. It is probably the best ab/waist workout out there.

    I just pulled out my "Superbody" VHS from 25 years ago and still find it an excellent workout. Deborah Crocker is a very moivational instructor.

    I don't understand why we cannot get this video in any form. How can they maintain the copyright on the youtube version and not show it if they refuse the make the video available anymore! I must have it! I broke my tape, literally taped it back together, but not sure how much longer it will last. HELP!!
